The Commercial Support Apprentice will join the Commercial team at our head office in Tharston, supporting every stage from first enquiry to booked job. Wage £15,600 for your first year, then could increase depending on your age National Minimum Wage rate for apprentices Minimum wage rates (opens in new tab) Training course Business administrator (level 3) Hours 9.00am - 5.00pm. 37 hours 30 minutes a week Start date Monday 30 November 2026 Duration 1 year 9 months Positions available 1 Work Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience. What you'll do at work Day-to-day duties will include: Logging and tracking all quotations in Re-flow and internal systems Emailing quotations and fee proposals to customers Following up and chasing outstanding quotations by phone and email Responding to and logging enquiries from our website, phone and email Calling existing and potential customers to follow up quotations and find new opportunities Following up on customer feedback and recording outcomes Booking jobs from accepted quotations and obtaining purchase orders Setting up new customer accounts and supporting credit applications Assist
